Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship orders within 4 days of purchase. LavaBoxprimarily uses the United States Postal Service for 99% of our shipping - However, if you happen to make a larger order FedEx/UPS may be used in lieu of USPS. All packages that are received with broken or damaged bottles - please contact us with your order number and a photo - we will replace your product ASAP

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 for domestic US customers shipping to the lower 48 states.  If you reach this threshold, an option for free shipping will appear on the checkout screen.  We will select the best shipping method based on the size of your order and we will provide tracking as soon as the order ships.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to ship orders within a few business days after you place your order.  We will provide a tracking number so you will know when to expect your shipment.
