Captain Thom's Thai Monkey Hot Sauce was born out of an adventurous journey. While fishing along the Great Barrier Reef, Captain Thom stopped in Thailand to sample some of the local cuisine. After hearing a story from a street vendor about a mystic Book of recipes, they decided to venture into the jungle to find the legendary Monkey King and the rare book. This hot sauce is the result of that journey. The recipe was taken from the book of recipes, and Thai Monkey Hot Sauce was created. It is a unique blend of flavors that captures the essence of the Thai culture and the spirit of adventure.
